Every Realtor knows that curb appeal matters.  Buyers can reject a property within seconds of driving up in front of a house, so it is important that the house you are selling is staged both outside and inside so that it will appeal to buyers from the moment they arrive.

It is a proven fact that ASP® Professionally Staged Homes sell for more money and sell faster than homes that aren't staged.  Staging could mean more money in your client's pocket when the transaction is closed.  Staging can also be the difference between a property that shows well and sells quickly, and a property that just sits on the market with little or no interest.
